Meet Thapelo Motlhaga , the newly appointed Supply Chain Specialist.

Thapelo holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting degree and previously worked for Overberg Water Board in Somerset West as a Supply Chain Accountant. Prior to that, Thapelo also worked for National Health Laboratory Services as a Supply Chain Coordinator.

He has vast experience in the SCM environment. Thapelo was tasked with among other duties, ensuring compliance with all SCM legislations in order to avoid occurrence of irregular expenditure at his previous employ.

Optimism and a resolutely positive attitude are probably some of the most important attributes that Mr Motlhaga possesses. “I will emphasize much on the implementation of all legislative framework applicable to SCM. During my stay at this organisation, I am hoping to develop in terms of my knowledge and Education’, he says.

Thapelo is a self-motivated and resourceful individual who interacts comfortably with people of different cultures. He advocates for teamwork within people he works with because we all strive towards achieving the same vision of being the leader in skills development in the safety and security sector.

His passion and work ethic will surely guide the SCM department to success. Thapelo believes that the experience gained throughout his career in the Supply Chain field will come in handy and ensuring that the organisation performs better.
